These Terms & Conditions govern your use of zk998 and form a binding legal agreement between you and the platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers.

Each player may hold exactly one active zk998 account. Duplicate accounts violate these Terms and will result in the suspension of all related accounts along with forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
All financial transactions on zk998 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via local Indonesian payment channels including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, and DANA.
All bonuses and promotions offered by zk998 are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonuses must be used in good faith. Abuse of promotional offers will result in account review and possible suspension.

2.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You must not be under legal disability, bankruptcy, or any other incapacity that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. You must not register or attempt to register an Account if you have previously self-excluded from zk998 or from any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme that is recognised by zk998.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active Account with zk998. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or linked payment instruments — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a ground for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as your own activity and you will be held responsible for all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other actions conducted through your Account.
3.4 KYC Verification. zk998 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. For withdrawal requests, KYC verification is mandatory before funds are released. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Withdrawal processing will be paused until KYC requirements are satisfied.
3.5 Account Security. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the zk998 support team immediately via live chat. zk998 will investigate promptly and take appropriate action including temporary account suspension where warranted.
4.1 Currency. All deposits and withdrawals on zk998 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). There are no currency conversion charges. Payment methods accepted include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Account holders; higher-tier players may be subject to separate arrangements agreed with zk998 support.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your zk998 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. If your deposit has not appeared within 15 minutes of a confirmed transaction, contact zk998 support with your transaction reference number.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Account holders are processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours (Western Indonesia Time, WIB / UTC+7). Withdrawal requests received outside operating hours will be processed at the commencement of the next available processing window. zk998 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawal amounts that are significantly higher than the Player's typical activity.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
4.6 Payment Method Consistency. As a general principle, zk998 will process withdrawals using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. zk998 reserves the right to alter the withdrawal method where required by payment provider rules or internal compliance procedures.
5.1 General. zk998 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x the bonus"). Players must wager this total amount on eligible games before a withdrawal request for bonus-derived funds will be approved.
5.3 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute at different rates towards meeting the wagering requirement. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each promotion will be detailed in the specific promotion terms.

5.5 Abuse of Promotions. zk998 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-variance betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to aggregate bonus claims.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. zk998 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a Player is suspected of match fixing, arbitrage betting, or exploiting pricing errors. Bets are confirmed only when zk998's systems have accepted and confirmed the wager.
6.2 Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, and all other covered markets are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published within the sportsbook section of the zk998 platform. In the event of a dispute, the sportsbook rules take precedence over general Terms for matters specific to sports wagering.
6.3 Casino & Live Casino. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live studio broadcasts. Game results are final once the round has concluded. No retrospective changes are made to game outcomes. zk998 is not responsible for outcomes arising from a Player's strategic decisions.
6.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Each game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface. zk998 reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to any Player's Account without prior notice where warranted by risk management considerations.
6.5 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or software error that affects a game round or bet outcome, zk998 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game result cannot be verified, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to Players' wallets. zk998's decision in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zk998 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8.1 By zk998. zk998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to zk998; (c) required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) the Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7.
8.2 By the Player. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting zk998 customer support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
8.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure or suspension for breach: all pending bets placed with legitimate funds will be settled according to their outcomes; any Bonus Funds and wagering-requirement balances will be forfeited; and any withdrawal requests submitted before closure will be processed in line with standard procedures subject to verification.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of zk998 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using zk998 and may request Account closure as described in Clause 8.2.
13.3 Version History. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates the date on which the current version of these Terms came into effect. Previous versions of these Terms may be requested by contacting zk998 customer support.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zk998 holds its international operating licence.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact zk998 customer support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. zk998 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in the governing jurisdiction.
14.3 Player Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of zk998 complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence. zk998 makes no representation that its services are legal in any specific jurisdiction. Players in Indonesia are solely responsible for understanding their obligations under Indonesian law with respect to online gaming activity.
